I ordered these leggings to help me shed a little extra belly fat that has been stubborn and hanging on for a while now. These leggings definitely help me sweat way more than normal, and I can see a difference in my lower abs already after about a week of using them. Although they are great at making me sweat, I do find that during squats or running they slide down a little bit. If you want to sweat a lot, these will definitely do the trick! Overall, they're a great purchase.

These are super comfortable and flattering! I love that they are true to size, and I can enjoy my workouts being comfortable. I already feel motivated when I put them on and am excited to get some workouts in. As a work from home mom, I try to stay as active as I can, plus I chase a toddler all day. I recommend these, however, the one thing I wish they didn't make a 'Swoosh' sound when I move. I don't know If I would wear them in public as they are too loud for me. But they are perfect for at home use.

Was not expecting the super thick neoprene material. I have worn them and they do work, I do sweat! Not ideal for working out outside during summer months. Can’t wait to get good use out of them this fall/winter!
