I really like this copper waist cincher. It's thick and I was apprehensive about it being too bulky while working out but it was actually really comfortable and I could breathe too! I've tried quite a few of these and even though I workout in them I found I couldn't breath because they were too snug. I'm glad I purchased this! Recommend it to all gym goers

This is my first time ever trying a waist trainer and it looks and feels great. Im 55 and 233 pounds. I was confused about my measurements saying to get a 3x but I normally wear a xl and so I went to reviews and decided to get a xl from what people were saying and based off body type and pictures Im so glad I did go with the xl it fits so perfect! All my gal pals at the gym want one now!

I just received this on November 9th and started with the hooks on the 1st row and 3 days later I am on the middle row and already have my medium on order because this large will not last long before it becomes too big. It's very comfy and I wear it all day along when working out. Definitely a must have if you are trying yo contour your waist, and it is true to size.

I liked that It fits perfectly. I have a 31inch waist and opted for the large. Im on the second row of hooks. I didnt want to constrict myself too much since I do tough workouts. I also liked the length since Im 6ft and 191lbs it compressed on the all the right places. The only downside was delivery, it took too long.
