Yes—you’ll receive both an email and SMS reminder 2–3 days before your next order is processed.

Your credit card will be charged on the day your subscription order is processed. This processing date is automatically scheduled according to the delivery frequency you selected (for example, every 30, 60, or 90 days).

You can cancel anytime by following these steps:

1. Log in to your account: https://copperslim.com/a/account/login
2. Locate the subscription you want to cancel
3. Scroll down and click “Cancel”
4. Select your reason and confirm

Note: If your order has already been processed, it will still be shipped even if you cancel immediately after.

Some of our benefits are unlocked after a certain number of subscription orders. For example:

Yes. When you subscribe, you receive our biggest discount. If you cancel your subscription before your second order is processed, your initial order will be converted to a one-time purchase, and you’ll be charged the difference between the discounted subscription price and the full one-time purchase price.
